Working With A Life Coach

 

Working together at Mossy Path Life Coaching is a collaborative and client-centered process rooted in curiosity, respect, and intention. This space is designed for reflection, clarity, and forward movement—at a pace that honors your capacity and lived experience. Rather than offering quick fixes or prescriptive advice, I partner with you to explore what matters most, provide support while you identify patterns and possibilities, and find direction in meaningful change as it unfolds. Whether you’re navigating a transition, refining goals, or seeking greater alignment in your life or work, partnering together focuses on building awareness, self-trust, and sustainable momentum.

What Life Coaching Offers

What Life Coaching Is Not


Life Coaching  is a reflective goal centered partnership—not a treatment, diagnostic, or performance plan. Life Coaching is not: 

  • Advice-giving or fixing

  • Forcing motivation or productivity

  • Ignoring emotional or nervous-system needs

  • A replacement or substitute for counselling services
     

Though coaching can be a therapeutic process it is focused  primarily on the present space of here, now and what is needed to move forward with clear goal- oriented intentions. Occasionally life coaching may touch on the past as a reflection tool but is not designed to sit in the past and heal trauma. â€‹

How to Begin

The first step is booking a free 20 minute online video consultation. This is a no-pressure space to:​

  • Ask questions

  • Explore fit

  • Clarify what you’re looking for
     

There’s no obligation to make commitments—just an opportunity to meet and see if this path feels right for you. In order to look at your needs clearly you will be asked to fill out an intake form prior to booking your consultation session.  *All information is kept strictly confidential and will not be released or shared unless legally required by a court of law or if there is indication of immediate harm to self or others.

Growth doesn’t need to be rushed. If your next step includes support, Mossy Path Life Coaching offers a steady place to begin—one thoughtful step at a time.
